what are your biggest worries about getting mis-guided tours in vienna to work out? what are the tricky things you are dealing with? and when you actually start to run the pieces, what will you have to do to make sure it is all working?
hm, good question. the tricky things are what you cannot prepare for. by nature, these are the ones you cannot predict. my worries now ? that i might have forgotten something, that people (artists) do not hand in things in time. that i might not get enough sleep, if the interns will work properly, that i will make it everywhere in time. really what i think is the most tricky thing is the communication to the audience and if they will get the instructions, if the help desk will be able to pass them on properly (every project is so different !), if they are understandable. people getting lost. but in the end, it is mis-guide, no ?
